A Nebraska native, Mr. Pearson has nearly 30 years of experience in business transactions, corporate law, insurance defense, recreation law, travel and tourism, banks and banking, commercial litigation and international law. Mr. Pearson is an internationally recognized expert and consultant in the areas of risk management and entity structuring for a wide variety of businesses. He is a Martindale-Hubbell "A" rated attorney and is president of the law firm which is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Pearson participates on the board of directors of numerous non-profit organizations and he founded and is president of RiverReach Youth Initiative, an organization that helps young people gain a sense of responsibility to their community and environment, rewarding participating youth with recreational outings. Mr. Pearson lectures frequently and is widely published, most recently as a contributing editor for Adventure Travel Business and American Bicyclist Magazines. His outside interests include travel, music, skiing and white water boating.

and lender liability. He has also handled various high profile matters including litigation arising out of World Youth Day and a licensing
transaction involving Pablo Picasso's works. Mr. Horowitz is a founding shareholder of the firm which was started in 1991. When not practicing
law, he enjoys mountain climbing, fly fishing and travel.

A Michigan native, Mr. Burnett has over 20 years experience in all
facets of bankruptcy, insolvency and work-out matters, and has received
the top Martindale-Hubbell "AV" rating for attorneys, and was selected
as one of theBest Lawyers in America Bankruptcy, Debtor-Creditor Rights
for 2007. Mr. Burnett has extensive experience in business
reorganization under Chapter 11, representation of debtors, creditors'
committees, creditors, asset-based lenders, secured creditors and
trustees in and out of court, as well as involvement in a cross-section
of large, complex local and national bankruptcy and work-out cases in a
wide variety of business and industries. Mr. Burnett is also a member of

Originally from Michigan, Mr. Neiman graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a BS in marketing in 1993. In 1996, he graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida with a Juris Doctorate. He is admitted to the Florida and Colorado Bars. Since graduating law school, Mr. Neiman has spent the majority of his time practicing with the insolvency and creditor rights departments of New York-based Stroock LLP, Florida-based Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP, and his own office, Law Offices of Kevin S. Neiman, LLC. During this practice, Mr. Neiman has counseled, and advocated on behalf of a diverse group of clients ranging from corporate and individual debtors, creditor committees, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees, chapter 7 trustees, assignees for the benefit of creditors, disbursing agents, and defendants in fraudulent and preferential transfer actions brought pursuant to state and federal law. In engaging in these representations, Mr. Neiman has been exposed to a wide range of business and litigation matters in both de minimus and billion dollar bankruptcy proceedings and cases related thereto, and has successfully resolved complex issues in favor of his clients.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, Mr. McAuliffe practices in family law, civil litigation, real estate and business law. When not practicing law, Mr. McAuliffe enjoys motorcycle riding, mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking. Mr. McAuliffe has a Bachelors of Science degree with a mathematics-computer science minor and a Juris Doctor with an emphasis in taxation. He has been active in a number of bar associations and has held the offices of vice president, secretary, and treasurer in the Southeastern Colorado Bar Association and was a multi-year member of the Membership Committee of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. McAuliffe strives to provide every client with the best possible personal service while maintaining legal costs.

Ms. Marx is a Florida native who relocated to Colorado in 2006. Ms. Marx received her undergraduate degree in Criminology, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Florida in 2001. After graduation, she proceeded directly to law school and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida in 2004. She is admitted to both the Florida and Colorado bars. While in Florida, Ms. Marx practiced both criminal and civil law. Her practice at the firm focuses primarily on criminal defense and civil litigation. Ms. Marx enjoys doing pro bono work and was an attorney ad litem for 2 foster children in Florida. She is also a contributing author in a legal textbook "Florida Construction Law" by Steven Siegfried. Ms. Marx is also a volunteer for National Adoption Day where judges and attorneys volunteer their time to perform adoptions in Colorado. Before joining the firm, Ms. Marx had the distinct honor of being a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Margie Enquist in Jefferson County. When not practicing law, Ms. Marx enjoys running, skiing, camping and hiking. |

Mr. Rowe is a Colorado native whose practice emphasizes complex and commercial litigation, insurance defense, commercial collection and contract enforcement, contracts and transactions, alternative dispute resolution, regulatory law, policy and legislation. Mr. Rowe has a broad background encompassing unique experience from having overseen legislative initiatives for a Fortune 50 company to having managed one of the last rate of return regulation rate cases in New Mexico to having responsibility for nationwide retail commercial collection litigation for a multi-national corporation. Mr. Rowe is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (B.A. Sociology with High Honors), Georgetown University Law Center (J.D.) and Tulane University (Certification in European Union Law). A Colorado native, Mr. Rowe has 36 years legal and business experience in complex commercial procedure and litigation; transactional services; telecommunications law and policy; legislative advocacy; and, human resources design, counseling and litigation. For 21 years a senior in-house lawyer for U.S. WEST, Inc., he drove telecommunications policy development, advocacy and litigation relating to rate-adjustment and competitive entry issues facing incumbents at the federal, state and local level. In his final three years there, he provided the legal support for a mergers and acquisitions team that handled over 30 major transactions for the company. When he returned to private practice, he managed the national commercial collection process involving over 1200 accounts for Qwest, Inc., with successful prosecution of numerous high-dollar arbitration claims and enforcement of the awards. Before joining Pearson, Horowitz & Burnett, P.C., he had been an equity owner in other prominent Denver law firms. Martindale-Hubbell rates him as “AV” lawyer. Mr. Paris has an extensive background in criminal law and litigation and he routinely advises on matters related to both. Mr. Paris was the senior prosecutor at the Park County District Attorney’s Office where he was responsible for handling everything from misdemeanor cases to serious felonies, to include sexual assaults, white collar crimes, and major violent crimes.
