Originally from Michigan, Mr. Neiman graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a BS in marketing in 1993. In 1996, he graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida with a Juris Doctorate. He is admitted to the Florida and Colorado Bars. Since graduating law school, Mr. Neiman has spent the majority of his time practicing with the insolvency and creditor rights departments of New York-based Stroock LLP, Florida-based Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP, and his own office, Law Offices of Kevin S. Neiman, LLC. During this practice, Mr. Neiman has counseled, and advocated on behalf of a diverse group of clients ranging from corporate and individual debtors, creditor committees, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees, chapter 7 trustees, assignees for the benefit of creditors, disbursing agents, and defendants in fraudulent and preferential transfer actions brought pursuant to state and federal law. In engaging in these representations, Mr. Neiman has been exposed to a wide range of business and litigation matters in both de minimus and billion dollar bankruptcy proceedings and cases related thereto, and has successfully resolved complex issues in favor of his clients.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, Mr. McAuliffe practices in family law, civil litigation, real estate and business law. When not practicing law, Mr. McAuliffe enjoys motorcycle riding, mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking. Mr. McAuliffe has a Bachelors of Science degree with a mathematics-computer science minor and a Juris Doctor with an emphasis in taxation. Mr. Paris has an extensive background in criminal law and litigation and he routinely advises on matters related to both. Mr. Paris was the senior prosecutor at the Park County District Attorney’s Office where he was responsible for handling everything from misdemeanor cases to serious felonies, to include sexual assaults, white collar crimes, and major violent crimes. A Colorado native, Ms. Searcy received a B.A. in Speech Communications from Colorado State University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law. As a law student participating in a legal aid clinic, Ms. Searcy successfully advocated
for Social Security disability and family law clients. She started working at Pearson, Horowitz & Burnett, P.C. shortly after her admission to practice in Colorado. She has worked on both civil and criminal cases in addition to transactional matters. In her short career thus far, she successfully argued several motions and, as co-counsel, won a $150,000 judgment at trial. When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, reading and exploring her native state.

Originally from Colorado, Ms. Kristofco graduated from Northwestern
University in Evanston, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in
1997. In 2001, she received her Juris Doctorate from Northwestern
School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. At the
Jefferson County District Court of Colorado, Ms. Kristofco clerked for
the Honorable Judge James Zimmerman. Ms. Kristofco has significant
experience in complex litigation matters, both locally and nationally,
and has successfully litigated several insurance, bad faith, and
employment law cases. Reported Cases: Wausau Business Insurance Co. v.
US Motels Management, Inc., 341 F.Supp.2d 1180 (D. Colo. 2004). (Drafted
